Notivara will process Personal Data solely to provide the services described in the Terms of Service and in accordance with this DPA.
Notivara may engage subprocessors to assist in providing services. Notivara will ensure subprocessors comply with this DPA and remain liable for their actions.
Notivara will assist the Controller in fulfilling data subject requests (e.g., access, rectification, deletion) as required by applicable data protection laws.
Notivara will notify the Controller without undue delay if a data breach affecting Personal Data is discovered. Notivara will cooperate with the Controller to mitigate the breach.
If Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Notivara will ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Upon termination of services, Notivara will delete or return all Personal Data to the Controller, unless retention is required by law.
